What is a Habit Tracker?
A habit tracker helps you build and maintain positive habits by recording daily progress. It provides visual feedback through streaks and completion calendars, making it easy to see your consistency and stay motivated. Whether you want to exercise more, read daily, or meditate, a habit tracker transforms intentions into measurable actions.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where is my data stored?
All your habit data is stored locally in your browser's localStorage. No data is sent to any server. Your habits are private and always under your control.
Can I delete or archive a habit?
Yes! Click the Archive or Delete button next to any habit. Archiving keeps historical data private while removing it from daily check-ins. Deleting permanently removes the habit and all its data.
How is my streak calculated?
Your current streak is the number of consecutive scheduled days you've completed a habit. Missing a scheduled day resets your current streak to zero, but your longest streak is always preserved for reference.
What's the difference between "Daily" and "Specific Days"?
Daily habits should be completed every single day. Specific Days lets you set a habit for only certain weekdays (e.g., exercise only Mon-Fri). Both types track streaks and completion rates based on their schedule.
How is the completion rate calculated?
Completion rate is calculated based on the last 30 days. It's the percentage of scheduled days you completed divided by the total scheduled days in that period.
Can I sync my habits across devices?
Currently, your data is stored locally on each device. You can manually add habits on other devices or export your data (feature in development). Cross-device sync may be added in future updates.
